In addition, each relocating employee will receive valuable resources including a relocation guide, map and general area information. These resources provide information on housing, taxes, education, recreation and transportation.

Destination and Departure Services

We go above and beyond when it comes to aiding a relocating employee in the search for a new home, and even help them in the sale of property in their departing city. Our team works closely with trained relocation sales associates to provide professional guidance in the purchase and sale of a home. We offer our assistance throughout the entire relocation process – from the time the first box gets packed until the last one arrives safely in your new home.

Marketing Assistance

Our relocation team is trained extensively and thoroughly (BVO and amended sale), and works closely with our sales associates to prepare the BMA form. In addition, Keyes sales associates help to minimize the risk to your organization through our Marketing Assistance programs.

Inventory

Working hand-in-hand with our associates, our relocation team manages each property from BPO to settlement and billing.

Fee Based Rental Assistance

Keyes sales associates provide thorough, customized tours and showings of properties based on the relocating employee’s specifications.
